About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their team, working remotely with a focus on the UK market, including properties in Bradford . This role is instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and recommending potential real estate investment opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions. The successful candidate will possess strong quantitative skills and a passion for real estate, contributing vital insights to our client's investment strategy and portfolio growth from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate investments, including ROI, IRR, and NPV calculations.
Perform market research and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities in various property sectors.
Analyze property data, demographic trends, and economic indicators to support investment recommendations.
Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions, including reviewing leases, contracts, and property condition reports.
Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular reports on portfolio status.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a similar analytical role.
Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation methods, and investment principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and presentation tools.
