In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and modeling potential real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes. Your insights will be crucial in informing investment decisions and supporting the strategic growth of the company's property portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis of potential real estate investments.
Develop detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis.
Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
Analyze property data, market trends, and economic factors to identify investment risks and opportunities.
Assist in due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions.
Monitor existing investments and provide performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a similar analytical role.
Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and presentation tools.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating both in-office and remotely.
