Key Responsibilities

- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
- Analyze property data, market trends, and economic factors to identify investment risks and opportunities.
- Assist in due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions.
- Monitor existing investments and provide performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and presentation tools.
