Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic asset management plans for a diverse real estate portfolio.

• Oversee property operations, including maintenance, capital expenditure planning, and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management, investment, or portfolio management.
