About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Remote Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize their diverse property holdings. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for managing the financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of a significant real estate portfolio. You will analyze market trends, identify investment opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize asset value and rental income. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in real estate investment, asset management, and a strong understanding of financial markets, all managed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for portfolio growth and asset enhancement.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyze financial statements, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Oversee property management functions, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate asset management or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated success in maximizing ROI and managing large real estate portfolios.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
