About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and qualified Real Estate Valuer to join their established team in Birmingham . This role is crucial for providing accurate and reliable property valuations for a diverse range of purposes, including sales, lettings, and financial assessments. You will be responsible for conducting thorough on-site inspections, researching market data, and producing comprehensive valuation reports. This position offers the chance to work across various property types within the West Midlands region and contribute to critical decision-making for clients, working within a respected firm known for its integrity and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed physical inspections of residential and commercial properties.
- Research and analyse comparable sales data, market trends, and local economic factors.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive property valuation reports for various client needs.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and discuss findings.
- Ensure all valuations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Birmingham property market and valuation best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Valuer or a similar role within the property sector.
- Relevant qualifications such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with valuation software and databases.
- Must possess a valid UK driving license and be comfortable travelling within the Birmingham area.
