Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for attracting and sourcing high-calibre graduate talent.

• Screen and interview graduate candidates, assessing potential and fit for client roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate programs and entry-level positions.
• Advise clients on graduate market trends, effective attraction strategies, and candidate assessment.
• Organize and conduct assessment centers or virtual evaluation events.
