About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join their specialized Retail recruitment team in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, UK . You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client consultation to candidate placement, focusing on roles ranging from store management to head office functions. Working within a hybrid model, you will collaborate with clients and candidates across the region, contributing to the growth of this key market segment for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for a variety of retail positions, including store management, visual merchandising, buying, and marketing roles.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their brand, culture, and specific hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure suitability for retail roles.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay informed about current trends and challenges within the retail industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to the retail sector being highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments.
