You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct effective interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide a positive candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Partner , preferably within an in-house or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law basics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work full-time in our Stoke-on-Trent office.
