About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a motivated Recruitment Partner to join their fully remote talent acquisition team. This role involves managing the recruitment process for specific business units, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and ensuring the attraction of high-quality candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring process, contributing directly to the company's ability to scale and achieve its strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and recruitment challenges.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive screening and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Utilize recruitment technology and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within a corporate or agency setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration .
