About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join their fully remote team. This is a critical role focused on identifying and engaging with top talent across various industries to build robust candidate pipelines. You will be the first point of contact for many potential candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Working remotely from Stoke-on-Trent , you will collaborate closely with a team of experienced consultants, playing a vital part in their success and contributing to the firm's expansion and reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted candidate searches using a variety of online platforms, databases, and social media.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and career interests.
• Build and maintain a strong, engaged talent pool for current and future recruitment needs.
• Accurately record candidate information and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Ensure all candidate communication is timely, professional, and engaging.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a resourcing, sales, or customer service role is advantageous.
