Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various client roles in a fully remote capacity.
• Source, engage, and screen candidates using online platforms, social media, and other digital tools.
• Conduct professional and thorough candidate interviews via video conferencing.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through clear and consistent virtual communication.
• Understand client requirements and effectively match candidates to suitable opportunities.
• Manage offer negotiations and the pre-employment screening process remotely.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house, with a strong understanding of the hiring lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract talent effectively using digital methods.
• Excellent virtual communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and remote collaboration software.
• High degree of self-motivation, organization, and time management skills suitable for a fully remote role.
