Recruitment Resourcer

Recruitment Resourcer Location: Wallington Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour | 40 hours per week Pin Point Recruitment is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Wallington. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a career within recruitment.

The Role

Working alongside our Recruitment Consultants, you’ll play a key role in finding and engaging suitable candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent vacancies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, our internal database, referrals and social media
• Advertising vacancies and responding to applications
• Conducting telephone screening and candidate interviews
• Registering new candidates and maintaining accurate records
• Completing candidate checks and supporting the onboarding process
• Building and maintaining a strong pool of available workers
• Keeping in regular contact with candidates regarding availability and assignments
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident communicating over the phone and face-to-face
• Friendly, professional and comfortable speaking with different people
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Proactive and willing to pick up the phone and engage with candidates
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems
• Motivated by targets and achieving results Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.
