Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional fundraising strategy, setting ambitious targets for income generation across the Brighton and South East area.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of fundraising staff, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, corporate partners, trusts, and foundations to secure significant financial support.
