Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven experience successfully managing remote teams and fostering engagement across distributed workforces.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate remotely.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and operational management software .
