Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert agronomic advice and recommendations to clients via virtual consultations, phone, and email.
• Analyze soil data, weather patterns, and crop performance metrics to develop tailored management plans.
• Advise on crop nutrition, pest and disease management, and water usage strategies.
• Promote and guide clients in adopting sustainable and environmentally friendly farming techniques.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, technologies, and regulations in agronomy and agriculture.
• Develop and deliver training materials and webinars for clients on various agronomic topics.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Agronomist, with a strong understanding of plant physiology and soil science.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in using agronomic software, data analysis tools, and remote communication platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
