This fully remote role involves assisting lead air traffic controllers by monitoring flight data, communicating with pilots, and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of air traffic within designated airspace sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor radar screens and flight data displays to track aircraft movements and identify potential conflicts.

- Maintain detailed logs of all communications and operational activities.

Requirements
- Valid Air Traffic Controller license or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in air traffic control or a closely related aviation role.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and air traffic control procedures.
- Excellent situational awareness, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Proficiency with air traffic control simulation and communication systems.
