About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join their globally distributed engineering support team. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to apply your expertise in aircraft maintenance and technical support from your home location in Belfast or elsewhere in the UK. You will provide crucial technical assistance, troubleshooting guidance, and maintenance oversight for a fleet of aircraft, working closely with on-site maintenance crews and engineering departments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and guidance to aircraft maintenance teams on complex repairs and troubleshooting.

• Conduct virtual quality checks and provide oversight for critical maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (e.g., EASA Part-66) with relevant type ratings.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in aircraft line or base maintenance.
• Strong understanding of aircraft mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using digital maintenance logbooks and technical databases.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
