About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a talented and self-motivated Remote Architectural Designer to join their virtual team, based remotely from Oxford . This role focuses on developing innovative design concepts and detailed drawings for a variety of projects, predominantly within the residential and small commercial sectors. You will work collaboratively with project managers and clients through digital platforms, contributing to high-quality design outcomes irrespective of physical location. Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, and 3D models for architectural projects.
• Prepare detailed drawing sets for planning applications and construction documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and project managers via video conferencing and digital collaboration tools.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and design trends relevant to project requirements.
• Ensure design output meets client expectations and project objectives within established timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Experience with 3D rendering software is highly desirable.
• Excellent remote communication and self-management skills.
