You will be responsible for analyzing safety data, identifying trends, and developing proactive safety recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance the overall safety performance of the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and analyze safety data from various sources, including incident reports, audit findings, and operational feedback.
- Identify safety hazards, trends, and systemic risks across the organization's operations.
- Develop and implement proactive safety initiatives and recommendations to reduce risk exposure.
- Prepare detailed safety reports and present findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
- Stay updated on aviation safety regulations, best practices, and emerging safety concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aviation safety analysis or a related safety-focused role.
- Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles and application.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and software (e.g., Excel, statistical software, safety databases).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex safety data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration in a remote setting .
