Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from diverse aerospace sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform complex data analysis using statistical methods and advanced tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Interpret data findings and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management and relevant teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business units to understand data needs and deliver relevant analytical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and aerospace industry trends relevant to data interpretation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong track record in analyzing complex datasets, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis languages/tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in a remote setting, regardless of your proximity to Norwich .
