Remote Banking & Finance Lawyer - 4-6 Month Contract

Interim Banking & Finance Lawyer (outside IR35) is a 4-6 month contract, remote from the UK. The role supports the Corporate Finance team on high-value financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending, project finance, and asset finance.

You will structure, review and negotiate facility agreements under LMA/APLMA documentation, coordinating with external counsel and stakeholders. PQE 4-6 years, private practice or in-house background preferred.
