Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of catering logistics, including transportation, delivery, and setup of events.
• Source and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers, negotiating favourable terms.
• Develop and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• Oversee inventory management for catering equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
• Implement and monitor logistics-related KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Utilize logistics software and technology to track shipments, manage schedules, and maintain real-time visibility.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and food safety standards during transit.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination , supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably within the food or events industry.
• Strong understanding of transportation management, route planning, and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems; ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
