About the Role

You will conduct virtual consultations, develop resources, and contribute to online training modules, helping clients navigate the complexities of childcare and early years education. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with parents and childcare professionals to assess needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Develop and deliver online training materials and workshops on various childcare topics.
• Create informative resources, guides, and best practice documents for online dissemination.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, policies, and trends in early childhood education and care.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior childcare role (e.g., Nursery Manager, Early Years Inspector, Child Development Specialist).
• In-depth knowledge of UK childcare regulations, the EYFS framework, and child safeguarding.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively online.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and digital platforms.
