About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Childcare Consultant to provide expert advice and support to parents and childcare providers across the UK. In this fully remote position, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of early childhood development, educational frameworks, and best practices to offer tailored guidance. You will conduct virtual consultations, develop resources, and contribute to online training modules, helping clients navigate the complexities of childcare and early years education. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in independent work, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is passionate about positively influencing childcare standards from a distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with parents and childcare professionals to assess needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Develop and deliver online training materials and workshops on various childcare topics.
- Create informative resources, guides, and best practice documents for online dissemination.
- Stay abreast of the latest research, policies, and trends in early childhood education and care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and client support.
- Maintain detailed records of consultations and client interactions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior childcare role (e.g., Nursery Manager, Early Years Inspector, Child Development Specialist).
- In-depth knowledge of UK childcare regulations, the EYFS framework, and child safeguarding.
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively online.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
