Remote Claims Handler - Personal Lines

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret policy wordings to determine coverage and ensure compliance with policy terms.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations throughout the claims process.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders or third parties within authorized limits.
• Process payments accurately and ensure all claims data is recorded correctly in the system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an insurance claims handling role, preferably personal lines.
