About the Role
Our client is actively looking for a proactive and organized Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support their project teams, working entirely from home. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth administrative and logistical flow of multiple construction projects across different locations. You will be responsible for document control, scheduling, communication facilitation, and general project support, working closely with Project Managers and site teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote setting, possesses excellent organizational skills, and has a foundational understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, and correspondence, using cloud-based systems.
- Assist in the development and tracking of project schedules and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and clients via digital platforms.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
- Prepare project status reports and minutes of meetings.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or administrative role, preferably within construction.
- Proficiency with project management software and cloud-based collaboration tools .
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
