About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead projects remotely across the UK. In this fully remote position, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective communication. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, providing regular project updates.
