Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Drug Safety Physician to join their global pharmacovigilance team. This critical role involves the medical assessment of adverse event reports, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical products. Working entirely remotely, you will collaborate with international safety teams, contributing expert medical insights to the evaluation and management of drug safety profiles. Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical review and assessment of adverse event reports from various sources.
• Contribute medical expertise to signal detection, evaluation, and risk management activities.
• Prepare and review aggregate safety reports (e.g., PSURs, DSURs) for regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on drug safety matters.
• Provide medical input into the development and review of safety documents, including Investigator Brochures and Risk Management Plans.
• Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent medical degree with active medical license.
• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or clinical development within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements for drug safety and pharmacovigilance .
• Proven ability to medically assess and interpret adverse event data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical information clearly.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly desirable.
