About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Early Years Coordinator to join their expanding virtual team, based in or near Portsmouth . In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing early years programs and resources that can be delivered remotely to families and educators. Your expertise will guide the creation of engaging online learning materials and provide support to a network of childcare professionals working from home or in remote settings. This is a pivotal role for driving innovation in remote early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and implementation of engaging online curriculum and learning activities for early years children.
- Provide virtual support and guidance to parents and childcare providers utilizing our client's remote resources.
- Oversee the creation and curation of digital content, ensuring it aligns with the EYFS framework and best practices.
- Manage communication channels and platforms for remote engagement with stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of remote early years programs and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with other remote team members, including content creators and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., BA Hons, Level 5 Diploma).
- Proven experience in developing and delivering early years educational programs, ideally with some online or remote components.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles and child development theories.
- Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with online collaboration tools and content management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage projects, and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
