About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote Electrical Project Engineer to manage and deliver electrical engineering projects entirely from home. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure successful project outcomes without the need for a physical office presence. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders virtually. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, suppliers, and clients through virtual channels.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Prepare and present project status reports, ensuring clear and concise communication to all stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project engineering or project management within the electrical engineering field.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to closure, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills , essential for remote work.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and communication tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities, demonstrated remotely.
