About the Role
Our client is searching for a proactive and organized Remote Facilities Hygiene Coordinator to manage and improve hygiene standards across their distributed portfolio. This entirely remote role involves coordinating with on-site teams, developing hygiene protocols, monitoring compliance, and ensuring a consistently high level of cleanliness and sanitation without the need for physical site visits. You will be instrumental in driving best practices and maintaining a safe environment for all stakeholders, utilizing technology to bridge the distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update hygiene policies and procedures for various facilities.
- Coordinate with and provide guidance to on-site cleaning staff and facility managers via remote communication channels.
- Monitor hygiene performance through reports, audits, and feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage inventory and procurement of hygiene supplies and equipment for remote sites.
- Provide training and support to teams on effective hygiene practices and protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, hygiene coordination, or a related field.
