Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with clients to assess their health status, goals, and challenges.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized Health Coach training program (e.g., NBHWC, ICF accredited).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing health and wellness coaching services.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise physiology, behavioral change theories, and stress management techniques.
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
