Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-drop deliveries across designated regions, optimizing routes for efficiency and fuel economy.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
• Securely load and unload cargo, ensuring correct handling procedures are followed to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and provide timely updates on delivery status to dispatch and relevant stakeholders.
• Adhere strictly to all UK driving regulations, tachograph laws, and company policies to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients at delivery and collection points, representing the company professionally.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence with an up-to-date CPC card.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no major endorsements or disqualifications.
• Proficiency in using navigation systems and completing digital tachograph records.
• Excellent knowledge of UK road networks and traffic regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
