You will be responsible for managing HRIS data, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and providing excellent service to employees and managers from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Administer the employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers on general HR queries.
• Assist with the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK employment legislation and company policies.
• Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR Operations or HR Administration role, preferably within a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment law fundamentals.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.
