About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organised and efficient Remote HR Operations Specialist to manage and streamline HR processes for their distributed workforce. This role is fully remote, requiring excellent self-management and communication skills to support employees and managers across various locations. You will be responsible for the smooth execution of HR operations, including onboarding, HRIS management, policy administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for all new and departing employees.
- Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to queries regarding policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies across all operational activities.
- Support the development and implementation of HR process improvements and system enhancements.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations, HR administration, or an HR specialist role.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a remote role.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
