Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for all new and departing employees.

• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation for management and legal requirements.
• Coordinate HR-related training and development activities for remote staff.
• Handle employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and general HR inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Specialist or HR Administrator role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment law.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote interaction.
