Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote audits of cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and sanitation protocols using provided data and virtual tools.
- Review documentation, reports, and photographic evidence submitted by on-site personnel to assess compliance.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and provide clear, actionable recommendations for corrective measures.
- Develop and update audit checklists and evaluation criteria based on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders via virtual meetings and written reports.
- Stay abreast of evolving hygiene standards, health regulations, and cleaning technologies to inform audit processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hygiene management, auditing, quality assurance, or a related field, preferably within cleaning services.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations applicable to diverse environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using digital audit tools, video conferencing, and reporting software.
