Remote Hygiene Compliance Officer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous Remote Hygiene Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across their operational sites. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring hygiene policies and procedures. Your role will involve remote audits, training support, and ensuring all relevant health and safety regulations are met, particularly concerning COVID-19 protocols and general sanitation. You will play a critical part in safeguarding the health of employees and customers within the organization's diverse facilities, primarily supporting operations related to Belfast . This role requires a strong understanding of hygiene best practices and the ability to enforce standards from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update hygiene policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct remote audits and inspections of facilities to assess compliance with hygiene standards.
• Provide guidance and support to on-site teams regarding cleaning protocols and safety measures.
• Investigate and report on any hygiene-related incidents or non-compliance issues.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting hygiene and sanitation.
• Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions taken.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hygiene, sanitation, or quality assurance role, preferably with compliance responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
