Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing manufacturing and operational processes using advanced data analytics and simulation tools.
• Design, develop, and recommend innovative solutions for process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality issues.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies remotely, guiding teams through digital collaboration platforms.
• Create detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and R&D, to ensure successful implementation of optimized processes.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and provide ongoing support and refinement recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in industrial engineering with a focus on process optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and advanced data analysis tools.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong project management capabilities, capable of managing initiatives across different time zones.
