You will be responsible for analysing production data, developing process improvements, and virtually supporting implementation efforts for various client sites. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse process data and operational metrics from multiple sites to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and document optimised manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment configurations.
• Provide remote technical consultation and support to on-site operational teams.
• Develop and implement virtual training modules for new processes and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Research and propose new technologies or methodologies to enhance process efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in industrial engineering or process engineering, with a significant portion in a remote capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimisation and the application of lean principles.
• Proficiency with process simulation software, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python), and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently from a home-based office.
