Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data from various sites to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, guidelines, and best practice standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote , collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis software.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for virtual team interactions.
