About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Remote Installation Specialist to join their dynamic team, supporting clients across the UK from a remote-first capacity. This role focuses on guiding customers through the installation and setup process of our client's sophisticated systems via remote assistance, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients during the critical installation phase, providing expert advice and troubleshooting support to resolve any technical challenges they encounter. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and guidance for the installation and setup of company products and systems.
• Conduct virtual demonstrations and training sessions for clients on installation procedures and best practices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by clients during the installation process via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation guides and remote support protocols.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Manage a caseload of client installations, ensuring timely and successful completion for each.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical installation, system setup, or remote technical support.
• Strong understanding of network configurations , software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Proficiency with remote access tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote setting.
