Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote assistance for the installation and configuration of network infrastructure , including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Conduct detailed troubleshooting sessions to resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues for clients.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise remote training materials for client IT teams.
• Document all client interactions, technical procedures, and resolution outcomes within our internal systems.
• Escalate complex technical challenges to senior engineers and contribute to knowledge base development.
• Stay abreast of the latest networking technologies and best practices for remote deployment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in network administration or installation, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and various network protocols.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent remote communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using remote support tools and network monitoring software.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+ are highly desirable.
