You will guide clients through installation processes, troubleshoot potential roadblocks, and ensure all systems are operational and meet specified requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote guidance and support for the installation and configuration of company products.
• Conduct remote system checks and validation to ensure proper setup and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, configurations, and client interactions.
• Develop and deliver remote training sessions to clients on product usage and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in technical support, installation, or a similar client-facing technical role, with a focus on remote operations.
• Strong understanding of installation procedures for hardware and/or software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in using remote access tools and communication platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote capacity .
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively assist a variety of clients.
