About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex transactions and advising clients on strategic financial matters.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) and CRM systems.
