About the Role

Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Investment Banker to join their fully remote team, supporting operations from Birmingham . This role is critical in executing complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising for a diverse range of corporate clients. You will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring to provide strategic advice and deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation phases.
• Develop comprehensive financial models to assess transaction feasibility and client financial health.
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials for capital raising activities.
• Originate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Advise clients on strategic financial decisions, capital structure, and market opportunities.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions impacting the financial sector.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Significant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Demonstrated success in executing M&A transactions and capital markets deals.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and deal structuring.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in a distributed, remote team environment.
