Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of transaction execution, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.
• Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic presentations for clients.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and market research to support transaction strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other financial intermediaries.
• Prepare and review legal documentation related to transactions, working closely with legal counsel.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in deal execution and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a strong asset.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and closing complex M&A transactions.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote setting.
