Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on technology contracts, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, and development agreements.
• Manage and protect the company's intellectual property portfolio , including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Advise on data privacy and security compliance matters (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Conduct IP due diligence for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and new product launches.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements and commercial contracts.
• Stay abreast of emerging legal and technological trends impacting the industry.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (solicitor or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years' experience, with a strong focus on technology law and intellectual property .
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex technology and IP agreements.
• Solid understanding of patent prosecution, trademark registration, and IP litigation principles.
• Experience with data protection regulations and cybersecurity legal frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, suited for remote work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a virtual environment.
