Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical components and systems for new and existing products, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability.
• Utilize advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) for 3D modeling, drafting, and creating detailed technical drawings.
• Perform stress analysis , thermal analysis, and other simulations using FEA tools to validate designs under various operating conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues, including product managers, electrical engineers, and manufacturing partners, using virtual communication platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies, championing best practices for remote engineering workflows.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and development.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and 2D detailing using industry-standard CAD software .
• Proven experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for design validation.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in using collaborative online tools.
