Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD software, ensuring functionality and manufacturability.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), to optimize designs.
• Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials for manufacturing and assembly.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and materials to enhance product performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot design issues and provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, all within a remote work environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in mechanical design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, Creo, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and mechanical principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a virtual setting.
• Prior experience in a fully remote engineering role is highly advantageous.
