About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Pharmaceutical Data Analyst to join their expanding operations team. This role is crucial for interpreting complex datasets related to drug efficacy, patient outcomes, and market trends, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Working entirely remotely, you will have the flexibility to contribute from anywhere while collaborating with global teams. You'll play a key part in enhancing our client's strategic planning and operational efficiency within the pharmaceutical sector , leveraging your expertise to uncover critical insights that drive business growth and improve patient care globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including clinical trials and market research.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs ) for pharmaceutical operations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, implementing quality control measures throughout the data lifecycle.
- Utilize statistical software and programming languages to perform advanced data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry .
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques .
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
